These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the NeuroMe website and the professional services provided by Dr Kerri Thomas. By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Professional Services
NeuroMe provides combined Autism and ADHD assessments for children aged 10 and over, adolescents and adults.
All services are delivered by Dr Kerri Thomas, a registered clinical psychologist.
Information provided on this website is general in nature and does not constitute individual psychological advice.
2. Booking and Payment
Appointments are booked via the secure online booking system.
The fee for the combined Autism and ADHD assessment is $2,500 and is payable upfront at the time of booking.
Payment must be completed before the assessment process commences.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice as soon as possible.
Due to the time set aside, cancellations made with less than 1 weeks’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the full fee being charged.
4. Medicare and Rebates
Medicare rebates are not available for Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments provided by NeuroMe.
Clients are responsible for confirming any potential private health insurance rebates directly with their insurer.
5. Website Use
